International Prices
Our international prices are the same as our domestic
prices. In fact, we provide the required international shipment
documentations
such as :
Certificate of Origin, USMCA (NAFTA) documentation, Commercial Invoice, Packing List
and some others at no extra charge to the customer.
(USMCA stands for United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement)
We first send you a Proforma Invoice that includes ExWork published price and any
applicable discount. We give you the freight charges and insurance cost. You
decide the 'Terms', whether you want to pay ExWorks or CIP or C&F. Moreover
you can always choose to use your own
freight company on your own account.
Within the United States we normally ship in
cardboard boxes. Large international shipments require a 'wood crate' but some
countries specify 'No Solid Wood' packaging. Our
shipping staff will automatically take care of all such requirements.
We ask all international customers to settle their account
before shipment.
Small orders are prepaid via bank wire transfer (T/T).
We try to find the best carrier ( safe but not expensive) for getting your
goods to you. For smaller packages the carrier is usually TNT or DHL. For larger
packages, we may contract other international carriers and will ask you if you
want delivery to your door or nearby airport. You pay your own duties and
taxes.
The process is fast, simple and reasonably priced.

Remember, you can always ask us to ship with
YOUR choice of transport company.
Please note that payment by Letter of Credit adds extra
charges.
Those extra charges are;
bank charges ($365 + 1% over $10k),
freight forwarder charges (min. $140),
intermediate consignee charges (variable)
and some more bank charges if any changes are made.
